How to store fresh rhizome or wasabi leaves?
The wasabi rhizome stays fresh for at least two weeks at the temperature of the refrigerator (4-5 degrees C) wrapped in a wet paper towel.
Leaves with petioles and wasabi flower shoots remain fresh for at least 7 days, provided they are stored at the temperature of the refrigerator (4-5 degrees C) in a container with water (changed daily).
